Would it be possible to update the project page to indicate that the D6 module is a) broken, b) no longer supported? I'd suggest the D7 version too but there's at least some hope as D7 is at least current.

The number of issues requesting details on how it's supposed to work and which functionality is supposed to work, and my own experiences with it, suggest otherwise.

Well D6 version been working for me for over two years using Authorize.net CIM. Are you looking to take over as maintainer?

I have submitted a number of patches to this module which did take very long to get committed. This was because no one was reviewing the patches. I am going to make another push at changes and fixes to this module in the coming week.
