Anonymous (not verified) commentedThe module "Cache Expiration" is here
http://drupal.org/project/expire
there appears not to be be a version 7.x-1.1 so I guess not.
silurius commentedSo the name and the project name are different in the info file, but once Cache Expiration is uploaded to the modules directory Boost Crawler starts asking for it by its proper name (Cache Expiration). Interesting. Might be a good idea to document this requirement somewhere (unless I overlooked it).
Problem resolved. Thanks!

Anonymous (not verified) commentedOn the dev branch there us a direct link to the project, the development of the project and it's naming were before my time.

silurius commentedPhilip, I don't see the direct link to Cache Expiration on the 7.x-1.x-dev Release Notes page or in the tarball README. The closest I saw, after your post inspired me to look more closely just now, was a comment burried in projects / project/boost.git / log :
6 months ago Issue #1806158: recomment module 'expire' for boost, and depend on it for boost_crawler.Comment #5
Anonymous (not verified) commentedYes the problem is a lack of staff and I don't have write access, only submission and forum support privileges. The naming of the module plus the other similiarly named boost_expire module leave a lot to be desired. IMO
