book_copy 7.x-2.0-rc1

Bug fixes

• Copied items are associated to the user requesting the copy (previously were not being changed)
• permissions of admin/content/book added to access admin/content/book/copy/%nid (previously just needed copy pages)
• Outline designer integration finalized

New features

• Support for book_delete module so that both play nicely if installed together
• node/%node/outline/copy is now a path that allows you to copy a part of a book instead of the entire book outline
• Drush support added to copy outlines or parts of outlines via the command-line

Notes

The outline/copy tab has effectively replaced the previous 1.x functionality of a page link to copy the item. Marking this release as a release candidate after thorough testing on a couple different environments with baf139.
