Can't add conditions [#1983160]

I keep getting the following error message and a page not found whenever I try to add a condition

Notice: Undefined index: settings in RulesPluginUI->form_extract_values() (line 378 of /var/www/vhosts/actiononviolence.com/httpdocs/sites/all/modules/rules/ui/ui.core.inc)

The condition im trying to add is a specific content type. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated

To file a bug report, please list the specific steps needed to reproduce the problem on a clean install of Drupal 7. The Rules issue queue has a large number of issues and so reports really need to be as detailed as possible.
