Auto log outs are happening, but the logging doesn't seem to appear anywhere. Is it a log other than the system log?

It is the watchdog log. 2.x branch is no longer supported so I checked this on the 4.x branch. It is logging there but unticking the log options doesn't stop it logging so the problem in 4.x is the opposite of 2.x!

I have renamed the issue and attached a patch to fix the problem in 4.x
