wrong check on softCommit

Hi,

with rc4 and a fork of the SolrPhpClient lib, a new implementation is done on commit() and optimze() method, which used a shared method optimizeOrCommit().

This method introduce a new updateHandler with solr 4 but there is a mistake on the soft_commit config check. As a result, it prepare a wrong rawPost if softcommit isn't enable.
