hook requirements must returns an empty array in any phases

Hi,

i posted this issue which is more related to a install system bug.

Indeed, returning nothing (null) would results into a php error operand type at the profile install checks.

As it seems that returning an empty array doesn't really matter, it could at least avoid this issue...
