I've stripped out the one link that is distinctly paid (this one, which demands monies before it'll display the video), but I'm not sure about the others - though Buildamodule is generally a paid service, these videos do appear to be available free of charge.
It's possible Buildamodule are voluntarily making these available to the community? The alternative is that some private user is posting links they've already paid for - without the query string identifier (pc=DOFORMAPIwud719) they become pay-to-view. Either way, until the links expire (?) these videos are technically free resources. I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt, for the time being, unless it breaches some policy about d.o appearing to endorse, promote or be affiliated with third-party services.
