When upgrading from Alpha3 to Beta1 I notice that panopoly.admin.css is specifically being excluded for some reason. This causes some problems and I'd like to know the reasonings behind this. Disabling css from specific modules seems like a horrible thing to do in a theme.

I've fixed the conflicts for this and put back panopoly.admin.css in the latest devs.
