A client of mine requested the ability to allow users to add and remove users from their personal Masquerade quick switch user list via the Masquerade block, adding via an additional button beside the 'Go' button, and removing via a link on the Quick switch users below the Masquerade block form.

Patch (in comment #1) adds said functionality, the 'remove' link (rendered as per Shortcut remove icon) is AJAX, however the 'Add' is currently not could be improved in a subsequent patch.

Otherwise, since Drupal 7 is EOL, we can probably close this issue, unless we should consider adding it to the Drupal 11 version ...
