It's a module with great potential but it still lacks some important features. Display options are a must. It's also very important to allow selection (while editing the node) with exposed filters, free sorting and paging. I hope to hear news from this module soon.

Version: 5.x-1.1 » 5.x-1.3

The new 5.x-1.3 release has taken care of several of the requested improvements. Of the requested features, exposed filters ad free sorting remains. I therefore leave this issue active for the time being.

However, I will in the short run focus on some other improvements, including multiple views and obedience to the sort order of the views.

With the new paging feature this module is (almost) ready to be used by any regular blogger (it was very difficult to select nodes without it). Exposed filters and free sorting are probably just an extra only needed by more complicated sites which generally have the means to solve that problem by themselves.

I would say the only thing this module still lacks (so that it can have a wide use by non-developers) is a simple display feature: a «Title» Format option to join the already existent «Teaser» and «Body» display («Format») options. I. e., the possibility of simply displaying the title of the related nodes. Since the «Teaser» Format option still demands some theming knowledge (how to show the teaser in the right place, with the right content-type-title, etc.), this would be a way to get the module working out of the box.

Keep up the good work!
