EntityDependencyIterator does not keep track of revision_id

This is somewhat related to #1948186: Allow specific revisions to be deployed, where the last published revision of an entity was being deployed regardless of whether a different revision was specified.

EntityDependencyIterator->hasChildren() invokes entity_load without passing $current['revision_id'] as a condition. Also, when an entity has dependencies, the parent gets moved to the end of $this->entities, sans revision_id.
