I can only select the widget type Select other for List (text) field type.

Hi,

CCK Select Other defines the "Select other" field widget type. This widget should be available for any core list field type (text, number, boolean).

What field type are you trying to use the selector other field widget with?

I have tried all the field types in CCK. Only List (text) have the option for "Select other". I have joined some screenshots.

Hmm, there is a big issue that needs to be solved here before integers/floats will work.
