Remove Approve relationship Confirmation from Status links

Hello all - Is there a way to remove the confirmation page/ajax confirmation from approving relationships. In my use case, a user would select to friend another user. When the requested user goes to their pending relationships page they should be able to click accept or decline without then having to confirm that the action is really the one they want to take.

Please advise.
