I have seen that there are new important updates that i think is necessary apply it, such as:

Chaos tool suite (ctools) (Security update) 7.x-1.2 to 7.x-1.3 (Release notes)
Facet API 7.x-1.2 to 7.x-1.3 (Release notes)
Profile Complete Percent 7.x-1.3 to 7.x-1.4 (Release notes)
Search API saved searches 7.x-1.0 to 7.x-1.1 (Release notes)
Drupal core 7.21 to 7.22 (Release notes)

My questions is, if you recommend the applications of this updates to drop_job current release.
