The NodeStream 3 D8 issue hit list

The NodeStream 3 branch has been opened, and the main idea is to find out what needs to be solved in D8 core and what we need to solve in contrib in order to be able to replicate the functionality that was included in NodeStream 2. This is a list of issues that we need to resolve before we can release a stable version of NodeStream 3. This list will be updated as issues are being resolved.
