If this is reported elsewhere, please forgive me. I've spent quite a while digging through the support forums and I haven't found it.

Recently we had a few orders fail due to expired credit cards. Our store admin updated the customer recurring fee with the new credit card information, but the recurring fees have failed to process because they are still using the old payment information.

Checking with Authorize.net's CIM service, I see that the update has been processed and saved to the payment ID. But in Ubercart, the payment on the failed orders isn't being updated.

It's very strange because people have updated payments in the past and have done so successfully.

Ideas? Thoughts?

Just to confirm i am experiencing the same thing. Am in process of creating an update screen for the cim information - authorize.net for our developing website. It seems to take the billing part (name, address, etc) ok but not the credit part.
I am using the downloadable c# module class they provide. It seemed to work originally - but i can't be sure - beacuse i wasn't using the update feature.
Will try to post back when i confirm one way or another. Yours was the first search result on this day 5/30/2013.

I am finding the same thing. When updated card info is entered into the Update fields, it does not seem to be saved properly. Upon refresh, the old info is still there. This is with Drupal 6.31 and Ubercart 2.x

I can't confirm this with the 7.x branch, is this still an issue on 6.x?

I am closing this issue, since it's for a Drupal version no longer supported.
