Discovered that my promote blocks project was not updating correctly with DAST and discovered that the releases are not on the DRUPAL_5 branch. After trying to fix this myself, I realized that I could not. The DRUPAL-5 branch is now the most up to date version of the code, with both tags on HEAD.
Doesn't really matter to me, but if it's easier just the blast it all and re-set it up with just the branch i can add the tags to the branch myself. My mistake was that I didn't make a branch after the initial check-in.
