I have updated from the 7.x-1.0-rc5 to the 7.x-1.1

The upgrade went fine, I see the revisions tab and the rest seems OK but I have no edit option anymore.
Also in the context editor there is no option to edit anymore?

I gave the role "administrator" access to all bean permissions, but still no edit option.

What can be wrong?

Caches are cleared several times.

I presume you cleared the site cache, in order to reload the menus thus menu link permission requirements?

I believe this is duplicate to #1691482: Contextual links not working.

Apply the patch and clear cache should fix this.
