This issue has been in existence for ages, and I just haven't bothered pursuing it, but I have one Issue email subscription, to All Issues for FileField Sources, and I can't cancel it. I've tried several times to toggle my options at http://drupal.org/project/issues/subscribe-mail/filefield_sources?destination=node%2F436148 and nothing ever changes. My suspicion is that this is a legacy issue, since this particular subscription predates the complete overhaul that drupal.org got several years ago. I'm guessing an admin may need to manually edit the DB or some such, to clear the relevant bits.
