Please note that as soon as you add 'Views Send' as a field, any "Select all items on all pages" that have been used on any VBO fields become unavailable/disappears.

To recreate simply have a VBO field with "Select all items on all pages" enabled on 'BULK OPERATION SETTINGS' and then add the Views Send field and you will notice the VBO "Select all items on all pages" is now unavailable. To get it working again simply remove the Views Send field. The problem is, is that I'd like both working :)

Please note I am using Views 7 x 3.5 and VBO 7 x 3.1.

Not sure if Views Send is to blame for this. Maybe VBO should be more robust? Anyway, since I don't have time to look at this, I'm sending it over to the VBO issue queue. If a solution is posted there (that involves changes to Views Send), just send the issue back.

Note that this issue is gone if #2072415: restore use of VBO, but as an operation plugin happens.
