Description:
The original currency.module was removed, and currency_api.module was renamed to currency.module. A currency_api.module exists, but it is empty and only exists to satisfy legacy dependencies, e.g. for modules that work with Currency 1 and 2. It is therefore deprecated and it will be removed in Currency 8.x-3.x.
