Like having the option to delete saved searches, users (logged-in and anonymous ones) should get the option to change the notification interval of their saved searches.
Should be pretty straightforward.

I also added the option to edit the saved search's name. Shouldn't be a problem there, as far as I can see, and otherwise the form looked so empty. ;)
