Is it better that we add a seperate language checkbox instead of a choice of scope?

Thanks for the patch. I've re-rolled it against the latest dev, and added a checkbox as per the suggestion in #2. I've also extended the patch to cover the Property validation module.

I don't use Feeds so I haven't tested the feeds functionality. @sir_squall - could you verify that it works?

I tested last Patch but it shows me blank page in Field Validation settings.

Have you tried the patch in #3? I ran into some problems when this patch conflicted with another one that I was using. It might well be that it was that other patch that necessitated the re-roll, so #3 might still work for you.
