OpenEnterprise depends on a set of "Apps" which are selected/added during installation process. This doesn't work as expected (possibly because you need elevated permissions to add Apps).

It shows the following during the process:
So there should be no problem, as it says, it "has write permissions".
It also says "Note that you need only one of these methods enabled in order to install apps." - so that shouldn't be a problem too
It rather seems that it can't even list which apps are available for installation, which is probably not an issue of simplytest.me:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in form_type_checkboxes_value() (line 2251 of /home/sb3d2e24a4ac1c0b/www/includes/form.inc).
Moving this to the OpenEnterprise queue, maybe they have a guess what the problem could be here
