Omega 7.x-3.1 subtheme is reverted sometimes [#1933458]

OK, here is thing.
I am using Omega 7.x-3.1 and Omega Tools 7.x-3.0-rc4 now
I created a subtheme by using Omega tools call xxx, I enable it and set it as default theme
However, sometimes the subtheme xxx goes into the disable theme section in the theme list
And all blocks I assign to different region are back to disable section in block list
I didn't change anything, it just happen automatically(sometimes after a sleep or a dota game)
Can anyone tell how to fix it?
