Good work with this medule very usefull.
Just one thing to be changed!
When I do searches on my website the pager appears in the result as unformated text , and I need to find a way to hide it from in the result page.

D5 is not longer supported, I'm closing out issues that seem to be D5-specific.

In D6/D7, you now have the option to separately configure search index options under Display Fields.
