"Autofill license fields" leads to "page not found"

When I click on "Autofill license fields" after selecting a Creative Commons liscence I am sent to a wierd URL and the message "page not found".

I tried to include the URL in this post but Drupal kept giving me a "terminated request because of suspicion input data". So I have to break it up here. It starts with the basic...
