I think we should use drupals theming engine to output our stuff. I made a patch to achieve this for the feedback page. What do you think about it? If you agree with me, we should implement this for the block as well.

Great patch. I tested with a couple of themes and found that it works well. Went into the 7.x-1.x branch.
