Is it possible to trigger a rules action when adding an item to the cart? I'd like to automatically flag the item when it's added to the cart.

I would really love to have this capability - is there any way to make this plug in to rules - i.e. when an item is added to the cart & if the item was ____. or just several options like 'when a book was added to the cart' and 'when a magazine was added to the cart'

I'd like to redirect from clicking the 'Add to Cart' button to specific pages according to the type of product added - that is the action I would add in rules.

Is there any way to accomplish this type of thing with views??

I've need for an 'empty cart' rule, so I've implemented one, super simple rules action.

I'm sure more actions, conditions and such could be added, but this at least gets this issue started.
