Hi, when i install this module on local server (my computer with windows 7 and Xampp) the options Inline HTML with attachment and plain text with attachment ara visible in Default email sending format list.
But when i put same site at my dedicated server (importing mysql and ftp data) all works but when i try to select thats options in the Default email sending format list doesn't shows.
What i do bad? Should be posible that there ara some php module necesary that doesn't active in my plesk configuration?

Fixed, i solve this installing pear mail library via ssh:

wget http://pear.php.net/go-pear.phar
php go-pear.phar
pear install pear_mail
pear install maile_mime
...

And install include module and mime_mail module.
