I love Framework theme. I'm using it on many websites, but it's not so friendly for the mobile devices.
For those who doesn't know, responsive design provides a way for your site's content to be viewed in an optimal way independent of screen size. I love to see this feature in Framework theme.
Zen, Omega, Aurora, Adaptive theme and others are already optimized for the small screens.

Yes, I've started using media queries too a week before. From the beginning I was little bit confused, 'cos the other Drupal themes has integrated responsive design, but in my opinion not so friendly about creating regions and other stuff. Later I've discovered the media queries and everything worked well :)
There are many tutorials in the web about media queries and I can confirm that they are working great with Framework theme. :)
