I am using Drupal 7.18 and I am facing problems about implementing Rules into my site. I have done exactly that was told to be done in the : Create Rules to publish the content in the page mentioned above. But somehow or the other, the functionality does not work in my site the time I change the Workflow state of an Article.

WorldFallz commentedNot being able to get a tutorial to work for your site isn't really a moderation issue for the tutorial unless you have specific page changes to request (which you can actually do yourself-- every registered user can edit almost every documentation page wiki style).
This is more of a request for help with your site which this issue queue doesn't handle. See http://drupal.org/support for how to get support. Then, if it turns out the tutorial needs changes you can either make them directly, or reopen this issue with the suggested changes. Thanks.
