Illegal character in candidate template file

I'm using Panels and I need to modify candidate template files. Theme developer tells me that these are my candidate template files.

panels-pane--entity-field--node:field-destination-hotel-listing.tpl.php
panels-pane--entity-field.tpl.php
panels-pane.tpl.php

I need to use the most specific one (the first one). The issue is that the file has a : character in it which I cant create on windows, making it impossible for me to use this template!
