Recently my client initiated a Accessibility audit as they are required to pass WCAG2.0 Level AA and one of the items reported back was that the Quantity textfield on the cart page doesn't have a label (as it's in a table) and therefore should be using the title attribute.

It's a super simple fix, patch is attached in comment #1.
