Integrating with uc_profile

So I love how this module does the profiles, and the way it integrates with ubercart via uc_profile. But I ran into a little problem and so I am asking for help both on uc_profile and here.

I need to be able to set permission for each category of the profiles. I have 3 User, Company, Player, I would like to be able to set that player role would see player profile fields in checkout and each other role would do the same. I have looked at the uc_profile module and cannot see where it would pull information from profile.module.

Anyone that has worked with these module and could help would be much appreciated.
