It is a pretty big surprise when you install this module and the button "doesn't work". It takes quite a bit of trials and tribulations to figure out this is a permissions issue. Basically, the button is not displayed for anonymous users, which is completely non-intuitive and unexpected. Most people would expect this button to be plug and play, install it and it will work for everyone. I almost uninstalled it, thinking it's broken somehow. Only after digging through the bug reports on drupal.org did I realize I actually need to go into settings and change permissions. :( It looks like I'm not alone in this predicament.
I mean, what is the reason why I install a Facebook Like button? To have my content reach as many people as possible, right?
Please change the default permissions so that the button is displayed for all users. This will make life a lot easier for new users, and possibly increase the popularity of this module. Thanks.

lliss commentedI'll update the README and helptext to make it more clear but I don't think the behavior is unreasonable providing users have a guide to setting things up the first time.
