Ignore impressions/clicks from specific roles and/or specific IP Addresses

I have a few administrative roles that I do not want to contribute to the "Count ad impressions / Count ad clicks" permission. However, when I check Registered Users, all other roles get automatically checked and greyed out. I'm not sure if this is a core thing or not. I do want Registered Users tracked unless) they are in my administrative roles.

I'd also like to be able to ignore all impressions/clicks from a certain IP Address (i.e. ignore my company's IP so that internal impressions/clicks don't inflate the advertisement's statistics).
