hi,
i installed the theme on drupal 6 and i like to make it responsive. as your instructions i try to install browscap and mobile tools.
the browscap module making me problems and i like to use media query like i do with sasson theme and css.

can i do it with this theme also ? if is, how ?

The Drupal 6 version is not responsive, you would need to write your own media queries for the layout if you want that. There might be some other themes that are for D6 that are responsive, worth looking, but seriously, why Drupal 6 - do you realise it will be unsupported by the end of the year?

regulary i work on D7. this is my first time with D6.
the issue is that i like to make a site like etsy and ebay so i need ubercart marketplace and auctions.

any idears for a site like this in D7?

I appreciate all your work here but I really feel compelled to respond to this and several other notes you've placed elsewhere vis a vis 7 versus 6. Please do not take this the wrong way. But from my perspective there is a huge issue to go from 6 to 7, an issue that I don't think the developers of Drupal spend enough time on -- the users.

We work with 40+ schools and have a working, solid, D6 version of a multisite configuration. I have spent many days working on a D7 development site and in my final analysis, made late at night this past weekend, was that even if I did muscle through all the changes and muscle through all the adaptations I would have to make to bring the site up to the functionality we have in D6 and muscle through having to create an entirely new multisite rather than upgrade the old one, the UI would be so different for so many functionalities it would throw a lot of our users off. Seriously. We are working with teachers who have limited time and patience; some have used our sites for three-four years and they would suddenly faced with significant changes in how the sites worked; it would be enough to require us to have to retrain dozens upon dozens of teachers. That's untenable.

I don't overstate this. And it's a consideration that is not given enough weight. Drupal is a wonderful open source resource, the community has been incredibly helpful, but the rush to bring out new versions really leaves a lot of us -- and I'm sure others -- out on a limb. We know we should be going to the next version. BUT, it is very hard to upgrade -- particularly if you use a lot of contrib modules; I did it from 5 to 6 and it took me weeks to unwind the nodes and modules that broke; and I believe that the changes in D7 are far more significant, and to the point that a few simple things that are key to our sites are now vastly more complicated.

So your message 'but seriously, why Drupal 6 -- do you realise it will be unsupported by the end of the year?' really doesn't take into account that a lot of us have spent hours upon hours building solid sites, have tried our best to contribute back to the knowledge of this community but are honestly stuck in a version because of consideration of USERS.

Thanks and, again, please, I hope you don't misunderstand. No anger here. And I know your work well enough to know that you do great work, are active in this community and go out of your way to respond to folks. Much appreciated. I just thought it would be worthwhile to share a conundrum some of us have and it's not simply a matter of an easy switch to the latest version.
