Hi,
when a customer of mine contacted me I became aware of a serious problem in my online service: customers come to cart and can insert their adress as well as they can choose the payment method. But somewhere after this step the order seems to loose the price of the product and its total: their are many orders left in checkout where the price of the product is set to "0.00" and so the total is "0.00" ( I find them by filtering the list of orders with "In checkout"). as my customer told me she got the message that the order cannot be null but unfortunately she did not tell me exactly where this message appeared.
The weird thing is that this issue seems to be an issue with many users - but when I test my service everything works fine (as a testuser, not as admin). Does anyone has an idea what can causes this problem?
Best,
Tobias

longwaveNot seen anything like this, and will need steps to reproduce in order to be able to help you figure it out. Do you have any custom code or contrib modules that affect products or checkout?

tobiberlinIndeed... I use http://drupal.org/project/uc_varprice and http://drupal.org/project/uc_atctweaks - I posted their an issue in which I linked to this post to raise attention to this.
I also use http://drupal.org/project/uc_coupon and checked if their may be an error but everything works fine. Additionally I checked if some payment methods could lead to this problem but it seems that nearly all payment methods were chosen in the affected orders.

tobiberlinOk, now I got some more information from a customer... this issue seems to appear on the review page as shown in attached image. The total becomes "0" - but I cannot see why it appears to some people and not to others. It does not matter which quantity they choose or which payment method - for some people the total becomes "0" on the review page.

longwaveIs there any reason why you are still on 6.x-2.9? Can you try upgrading to 6.x-2.11 and see if there is any difference? Are the affected products using uc_varprice? Does it still happen if you disable uc_atctweaks?

tobiberlinI deactivated "UC Variable Price" and the problem disappeared... see issue there: http://drupal.org/node/1902796
