Can't turn off off submenu in certain instances

Menus still show as expanded when you're on the page for that menu item. The easiest way to describe it would be by example:

Go to http://drupal.monkeybean.net/ and mouse over "Something" in the main menu. You'll note that there is no submenu. However, if you CLICK on "Something" and wait for the page to do it, you'll see that AFTER the page loads, there's a submenu if you hove over "Something" again. Any ideas how to get this turned off?
