Some fields are in the "contact information" field collection which is shared with employers and was convenient at the time but it just doesn't make sense anymore. First and Last name & Photo should be a part of personal information. This also implies refactoring the employer profile and migrations too.

would be usefull when importing resume from XING and the compliant sites.
