It would be greate if it would be possible to include a centre logo to showup with the mobile code.

decipheredThis could be done a couple of ways:
1 - The easiest, use CSS to overlay a logo image over the top the mobile code
2 - Harder, programatically pass the QR code image through an image style/imagecache preset
I'll have a look into it a bit further at some stage as it could make for an interesting tutorial

decipheredCommitted a new feature, the ability to use Image styles with Mobile Codes presets.
Here's an example of a code made with an Image style with actions supplied by the ImageCache Actions module (Image mask and Color Shift):

Dev release should be built in the next 12 hours. Will be in a stable release at some stage in the near future.

olafskiThe new Image styles feature sounds very promising. I wonder if I should wait for the stable release, where the feature is integrated. Could you tell what "the near future" means? Thank you!

decipheredOlafski,
'The near future' means that I don't get paid to work on contributed modules, which means that I work on them in my own time, and given that I try no to spend all of my family time glued to a computer it means I have very little time.
You could use the dev version, or you could be patient, or in the case that this is something you need for a paid client you could consider sponsorship.
Cheers,
Deciphered.

olafskiHi Deciphered, thanks for the clarification, and sorry, if I appeared to be impatient. Thank you again, also for the great module!
