Hi
I found a problem with profile2. This is what I do:
1. I created a field on admin/config/people/accounts/fields
2. I created another field on admin/structure/profiles/manage/main/fields (profile2)
3. On admin/config/services/mailchimp/lists/1/edit I assigned both fields to merge tags from my mailchimp list.
4. I created an user and only the first field was added on mailchimp.
5. I go to the new user edit page and click on the save button without changes, and this time the data from the second field appeared on mailchimp.
There is something I'm doing wrong or this is a bug?
Thanks

GloryFish CreditAttribution: GloryFish commentedWe are experiencing the same issue. Profile2 fields set as the merge fields on an optional list don't sync to MailChimp when a new user is created.
The same Profile2 fields are correctly syncing with MailChimp for a freeform list on the same site.

This branch will become unsupported in early October and officially deprecated by the end of this year (2016).
Fret not! The 7.x-4.x and 8.x versions come highly recommended. Both are using Mailchimp’s new API 3.0 and are being actively maintained. If you find this issue still exists on either the 7.x-4.x or 8.x branches, let us know by opening a new ticket. “What is dead may never die, but rises again, harder and stronger!”
