Test all Skins skin options

Skins currently is a quick port of the skins included in the 7.x-1.x branch of the Fusion base theme.

All included skin functionality needs testing in multiple base themes.

To test:

• Install Skinr and Skins.
• Enable a theme based on each of the following base themes: Zen, Omega, AdaptiveTheme, Fusion. Also test Marinelli (the most used theme not based on a base theme.
• With each theme tested, iterate through each of the data/object types that skins apply to: block, view, panels page, panels pane, node.
• For each object/data type, test each of the bundled skin config options. For example, place a block, click it, select "Edit skin", select one of the skin configuration options, save, and view the block to determine if the skin option was correctly applied. Note the result and any issues.
