The Media Internet has some assumptions in its plugin form about other source providers being present. It also assumes that any embed code will fit in its max length requirements. The following patch alters the display of the form to be clear that it only supports images when other providers are a not enabled.
Attached images show the current/after display. Note that I have the patch from #1881152: Browser display cleanup applied which renders the tabs differently.
