Hi,
When browsing project issue queues I often find comments patches - and the problem is usually that:
1. Comparing date of the comment to the date of currently used module release, looks like the patch should have been included by the release. Usually it is not the case. Could we somehow have Git tell us whether the patch has been built in?
2. Patch authors often fail to append info as per which version the patch should apply to. Would this be possible to require this info from the person submitting a patch?
