If you enable additional features / extensions but don't select an option you will get a wsod.
I maybe should have posted this in the AT panels everywhere queue as this is what I was using.

This is no so, I assume you have some other issue with your site.

Normally I would close as cannot reproduce, however I will leave this open in case you can provide more information, such as the actual error log.
