After submitting the app it gives me this error

not sure why but the code still looks the same.. same error.. may be it takes a little while for the checkin to show.. but as of now it still shows last update :

Nevertheless I did try again with this code and same error.

It can take several hours for the site to update. But you can checkout of CVS right away.
