Is it Possible to define a taxonomy term for a forum, and then have all topic posts in that forum inherit the taxonomy value?

I use a module to provide a default taxonomy term for certain content that works very well. I would like to assign a vocabulary, select a term for the forum, and all posts within that forum unherit that term.

If th3e Vocabulary is educational level, and the forum is set as fisrt grade, then all posts should also automaticaly inherit that taxonomy value "First grade"
